I don't see how design docs are the problem in your scenario
- testfrequency 2y agoI don’t disagree. What I didn’t mention was that the project was delayed for weeks as I awaited sign off from the director. Getting a stale approval and request for revisions 6mo later after shipping only made me feel more so that design docs are just technical fluff pieces with no useful purpose beyond its origination.
