How is this any different than influencers being required to disclose a paid promotion by the FTC?
- vibhas777 2y agoIt's because the scientific community has much more influence over the society than the so called influencers. Scientific community's pride is the peer review system, thus if anyone is found to be corrupt they need to be quicking on calling them out. People in general know that influencers can be selling bullshit, but do not expect licensed doctors or scientists to be selling them too.
