OSX clock_gettime() [0] offers CLOCK_MONOTONIC and CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW, but not CLOCK_UPTIME, only CLOCK_UPTIME_RAW.
Maybe someone knows why? On FreeBSD it is available [2].
