- OuterVale 2y agoThis article largely talks about potential impact on mental health, but I think it's also worth discussing the other elephant in the room. Privacy. The implications could be huge. I wonder just how much personally identifiable information is available and how secure it really is. Especially with regard to younger users, as the article discusses. I haven't looked much into Character.AI but they're a big name, so I presume they're somewhat reputable. I worry it might be hard to say the same about other options.
