Yup, part of what I enjoy about meat is precisely that it is a real food, and part of what I enjoy about coffee is that it is a real food too. Both can be relatively minimally processed, and recognisably the thing that they came from. I don’t particularly mind that synthetic meat-like substance or coffee-like substance be produced, but I 100% do not want it to be the default, I want it clearly named and labelled, and I want there to be no chance that I unknowingly ingest it.
