YieldStar pricing is mostly based on leases that have been signed, not what prices are being advertised. RealPage's YieldStar gets a daily feed of actual leasing activity from all RealPage's clients. If clients use RealPage's leasing software the transfer happens automatically in the background, otherwise RealPage helps set up a daily extract & transfer of leasing data to YieldStar.
