A while back we wanted to have the physical landlines from the phone company removed from our house. I found the company, but every contact form asked for my account number. If I didn’t provide one, Id get redirected to their sales team because obviously I was trying to create a new account. I don’t remember how I got it fixed other than a lot of time on hold.
