That sounds insane. What was the position?
- iamacyborg 2y agoIt was for a chief of staff position. The company sells hiring assessments software so it makes sense that they used their own product, it was just at a completely wrong part of the hiring funnel and highlighted, to me, what seemed like an incredibly cynical view of what hiring should look like.
