A hot tub was literally a game changer for me. I have lingering sports injuries plus growing aches. There were many days that I was on the edge of tears from the pain. Then I got a hot tub. 15 minutes in it cuts out 80% of my pain. Doesn’t even have to be jets. Just the warm water seems to alleviate a lot of my pain.
