Moving to Oslo it took me a couple of phone calls and less than 10 days before I literally had the keys to a rental apartment in the part of Oslo I wanted to live in. Moving to Sweden it took months and I ended up with an 'illegal' second hand contract in a shitty part of Stockholm.
