If the bathtub is overflowing you need to fix the broken tap and mop up the water that has already spilled.
Yes, if you are the only person in the house, prioritize the tap, but if someone else is working the leak, grab a mop right away!
- Shrezzing 2y agoFor the metaphor to reflect reality, the oil & gas industry is walking around the house breaking more taps, while saying that they'll get round to inventing a mop in the next few years.

If we stopped our CO2 emissions and nothing else changed CO2 levels in the atmosphere would start falling immediately as photosynthesis would capture carbon faster than natural sources emit it.
