I was disagreeing with the apparently absolute 10h boundary even if your hair or child or startup is on fire. I am not one of there people that says you should work at least 32h per day or you've failed, but equally, overly rigid boundaries are unhelpful. If you create something new then it's usually messy at times and sensible flexibilty is vital. Been there, done that, several times, now part retired.
