I can see hereditary deafness giving an evolutionary advantage of not having to listen to the noise inflicted on our world, so why not.
- yencabulator 2y agoIt's See (2019) (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7949218/ https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7949218/) but different & opposite. Almost everyone is deaf and the society has adjusted. Rare few people are gifted with the ability to hear and are now better fighters because they can hear the others accidentally making loud noises.
