I'd like to see more auctions. I lived in places where a dedicated parking spot (and even child daycare) had multi-year waitlists. It created a scenario where everyone joined the waitlist because, hey, maybe you want it in a few years when it becomes available. And if you finally got it, you could sell it. I'd rather see some price discovery.
