I haven’t tested this in a while, but as at least until a couple of years ago, an incoming phone call would permanently dismiss an alarm on iOS.

- rootsudo 2y agoStill does. Alarm can also interrupt and crash Spotify. Alarm can also temporarily lock iPhone. I just accepted it. Sad that’s just how things are nowadays.
- yungtriggz 2y agowow that's crazy. feel like my biggest problem still is updating automatically overnight
- falcolas 2y agoIf you have face id and attention awareness enabled, the alarm will be silenced but still technically be going off if the phone thinks you looked at it. Not sure if it's related to this TFA bug, but it's aggravating, to put it nicely.
