This idea is interesting. It’s nothing new; there are already people hired to plug their tools or respond to complaints, even here on HN. This could make a “community manager” a lot more affordable. For business that is nice. As a user I fear the future, but I don’t see it as much different from a human doing the same thing. It will just get a lot more common.
