What's stopping them from just running the company outside the FTC's jurisdiction? It's not like the U.S. is the only place with internet access.
- rsynnott 2y agoMany countries regulate fraudulent advertising, and the person _paying_ for it would generally be liable (along with the person providing it, usually).
