As an ambulance chaser who looks at Joe Blow's imaging and reports everyday, my impression is that your concerns are overblown. I've had at least 100 reports with "probable spot noticed on lung/liver/kidney/spine, PT should followup." I've NEVER seen it result in unnecessary treatment. I've also had too many clients die from a cancer not found until it was too late.
