I realize many companies don't handle hiring processes in the best way, but there is also the potential for much misunderstanding, and Who Is Hiring threads aren't a place to hash all that out. Buy nah, we are actively hiring and don’t have a pool nor the interest maintaining one. Usually, when we don’t give you a proper rejection email after doing a round of interviews and a code challenge, something must have gone very wrong.
