- Animats 2y ago(1994) Notes on the layoff: "In particular, the drawdown of the effort against the Soviet problem and the reallocation of· resources to other problems left a number of people.uncerain about their future. Many were moved to new jobs, some requiring new skills." There's a review of "Applied Cryptography", by Bruce Schneier. This is over-censored. Compare "Cryptolog", NSA's internal newsletter.[1] [1] https://nsarchive.gwu.edu/briefing-book/cyber-vault/2018-12-04/cyber-brief-nsas-cryptolog https://nsarchive.gwu.edu/briefing-book/cyber-vault/2018-12-...
