The Magnuson Moss warranty act says that manufacturers have to prove that something you did damaged the vehicle to deny a warranty claim.
A manufacturer merely observing that you modified the vehicle does not mean that the warranty was voided.
Of course the manufacturer will claim this every time, even if it’s not consistent with the law.
