What? The UK has a massive amount of immigration, and loads of startups and tech companies were started by Europeans moving to the UK TO START A BUISNESS. Like, you probably picked the worst country to make this claim about.

The UK relatively speaking isn't as bad as some parts of Europe so if you're operating a business serving European customers and there's a need / reason to operate in Europe for regulatory reasons the UK (well London) is probably one of the more attractive places to have your office – especially if you're doing some kind of fintech startup (pre-Brexit anyway).
