I presume that this is a smartphone app. There is nothing on the website that I can read without signing up that tells me if this if for Android, Apple iOS or both. I would like the privacy to say what jurisdiction the to-do lists are being stored in, if they are being stored on a US cloud provider where the feds can look through non-us-persons data without a warrant. I would like the privacy policy to specifically say you will not sell any data. I would like the privacy policy to define what you consider to be "personally identifying information". The policy could be read to mean that email addresses are confidential but to-do list entries aren't so you can sell those.
