I have a hunch that by "rendering" HTML and SVG, they don't mean what I think the word means.
Does this library really render HTML and SVG in the sense that it creates a bitmap from the document?
- williamcotton 2y agoThe word render can be used to describe the process of transforming data into HTML.
- asplake 2y agoIn the expected format, it renders (gives or causes to be) a representation of the requested resource.
- kitd 2y agoA React component "renders" JSX into a page. I think tight definitions no longer apply here.
- eddd-ddde 2y agoI think "rasterize" is a better term for what you described.
