WhatsApp scam: More than 100 arrested in Spain for 'son in trouble' fraud
- tiagod 2y agoThis scam is also widespread in Portugal, I know of several victims (including my father, who almost fell for it)
- rmellow 2y ago100 put in jail after scamming? Pff that's nothing. Brazilian police are so effective that thousands of scammers are already in jail when they call!
- nadermx 2y agoSame in Mexico. The usual reaction is to say the name of someone else when they say your kid is on trouble. If they say yes you know it's a scam.
