- lamp_book 3y agoAll newer Subaru models now share a modular platform - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subaru_Global_Platform https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subaru_Global_Platform - except for the BRZ which is on Toyota’s analog. But yeah originally Forester was based on the Impreza.
