This is a privileged Western attitude towards child rearing. "I turned out fine without hard work, so you will too." I've seen far too many of those kids get a rude awakening when they reach adulthood.

- lern_too_spel 3y agoThat comment specifically mentioned risking future career prospects. That is clearly defined to me. If it isn't clearly defined to you, you need to fix your wording to communicate what you actually meant by that.
