Anybody got any additional context on this? The headline / tiny screenshot really leaves a lot to be desired. What is the bill? what does it do? how does this benefit OpenAI? Does it also benefit other "big players" (Meta, xAI, etc)?

- zargon 2y agoYou're likely not seeing the context because you're not logged in. People need to stop using Twitter for this because it's not accessible.
