One! Any decent managemen/HR team should be able to sit down for 30 minutes with a prospective employee after reading their CV and determine if that person is suitable for the job or not. Its not difficult. I have never applied for any job that asks for or expects more than one interview. I would not work for any company that could not manage the interview process in a timely manner. I dont tolerate anyone wasting my time.
