And yes, that's the sort of thing they are talking about. (Edit: Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I'm beginning to recall that mine had a cordless puck. It looked exactly like this one, without the cord, and had silver-gray conductive paint down each side so that it would turn on when you grabbed it.)
