  The speaker is Milei trashing the WEF. It’s an epic speech. It is certainly true that USSR’s investment in basic science was probably one of its best achievements. I agree we can’t deny that. Libertarianism is likely rising as we see a multipolar global economy develop and state power eroding along with collapsing fiat currencies worldwide. I highly doubt you’ll have a successful commune anywhere but anyway I’m confident we won’t be needing it.
