Perhaps due to it being federal land and unavailable for use? Most of the west coast is this way.
- aspenmayer 2y agoIf federal land is available for grazing and resource extraction, a case could be made for solar development also. As the cells need regular maintenance and cleaning, folks would also be around onsite and around it in federal land areas to preserve the environment.
