Please learn how the US government works before you speak of it in an authoritative manner. An ironic statement given that you think the U.S. House of Representatives has proportional representation. And you ignored that the U.S. Senate does not have it either. Yes, I know that is by design but it is still true that it’s not proportional representation. This leads to power imbalances. Usually such imbalances cause problems over time.
