the catalyst of success for new technology is always porn. personally i can't really see how 3d will enhance the fun of it. there are some obvious applications - i mean, literally just filming stereoscopically. but that just doesn't really seem to add anything exciting beyond the perceived novelty. then again i never really watched porn in 3d actually.
