- nottorp 3y agoYou missed the part where i said i can contradict everythin based on my personal experience, which is personal? :) Btw, even if i rarely use it, i keep it on the bottom of my primary (the one in front of me) monitor. And not set to auto hide.

- mckn1ght 3y agoIt effectively can be turned off with auto-hide, but yes, it would be nice to reclaim the system resources by quitting it like any other application.
