Ask HN: Great example of (or tools for) mapping organizational processes?
I'm laying out in detail how things _really_ are done at our firm. My goal is to have a map that:
1. Has a visual representation that is understandable.
2. Can be updated easily (live would be great)
3. Exposes gaps, redundancies, &c.
I've done versions of this before using draw.io, mermaid, even prezi back in the day. It's always been a struggle to update and come to an agreement and I wonder if someone has had a great experience.
I don't mean to keep this map/document updated forever, just over the course of the next few months as I talk to people to uncover what's really happening.
