I'm pretty unimpressed with copilot's limitations and am really hyped about the potential of running a good quality local AI that just continuously comes up with ideas. I can even imagine setting up a CI/CD pipeline with regression testing and let an AI try out ideas for a few days and seeing what it comes up with. What we have now, glorified autocomplete, is some weak tea.
