Will new houses be affordable and financeable? Will the area you live in change drastically? Will you stay married? Will you become married, have kids? Will you get a chronic disease? Will you have to take care of your parents? Will you have a child that has special needs? Will space junk fall on your house or a car fly off the road and crash into it? This article reads kind of like propaganda trying to get people to settle for buying any home in a high priced market where sales have gone down, it doesn't even mention renting as an option while waiting for new opportunities to open up.
