How would you enforce it internationally though?
- bryanlarsen 3y agoThat's the magic thing about a carbon tax & tariff -- you don't need to. The tariff for cooperating countries is 0%. The tariff for non cooperating countries is set appropriately for the estimated carbon content of the import or higher.
