These are good indicators, but for me the key indicator is related to how open minded they are to new ideas. Technology is moving so fast, but the underlying patterns haven't changed too much at all. Having an open mind to evolving technology and ways of doing things is one of the best indicators of how they will fit into a team, especially if innovation is required.
