FTC Bans Noncompete Clauses
- RoyTyrell 2y agoI don't have an issue with non-compete clauses if they offered fair terms to the employee but frequently they don't. Something like, we will pay you some reasonably high percentage, if not all, of your salary for the duration of the time we don't you working for a potential competitor. Also, it's much most personally costly for a private citizen to defend enforcement of non-compete than it is for a company.
