My eyes are impacted daily. I get blurry vision when my eyes get tired. They also get extremely dry and will start to sting. I use eye drops often. Getting outside help tremendously, but I rarely go outside during the work week. I've also spent a lot of money on my current eyeglasses, with blue-light filtering, progressive lenses. My ergonomics are fairly good, as when I was younger, my finger, arm, and shoulder hurt from clicking the mouse button so much. That scared me. Eventually, I switched to a Wacom tablet, and recovered a lot of issues because the mouse click converted into a pencil tap. Now I use an Apple magic pad.
