I feel like I've read the same three sentences paraphrased a million times in the article. Let me save you some time: - TSMC's USA plant is delayed a year (this is apparently "woefully delayed" ?) - There is apparently a language barrier between TSMC Taiwan and TSMC USA workers. - Repeated references to a "strict hierarchy", but no details beyond that. What a stinker of an article.
