- JohnFen 3y agoThis was a lesson I learned when running my first business. My default answer to any request is "no", then I need to be persuaded (by myself or others) as to why I should change my mind. My favorite business book put it very succinctly and correctly (in my experience): You don't go broke by saying 'no'. You go broke by saying 'yes'.
