I’m far more concerned about the old dangers than the new ones.

- pixl97 2y agoThis is a thought terminating cliche. At the start of WWII almost everyone was worried about the old dangers and hiding behind battle lines on a map, only to be flattened by high speed mechanized warfare. The old dangers never go away, we just keep upping the ante by adding new dangers on top of it.
- mistermann 2y agoIt is also a thought catalyzing statement, or could be at least...it is in no small part a function of culture and school curriculum.
