- Suzuran 3y agoI met a kindergarten teacher who left an ATC job for American public education because the pay was higher. Let that sink in.
- incomingpain 3y agoMoney isn't even the factor. It's just an impossible job not worth the stress/trauma associated.
- vdqtp3 3y agoThey probably quit before getting certified - once you're certified you make $70k minimum and that's at a shitty little tower in the midwest
