I just want to point out a MUCH more serious attrocity being committed here: This poor, sweet child is so under-educated in the UK that she doesn't even understand the difference between "dinner" and "lunch".. We must rectify this injustice! Will someone think of the children!!!
;)
- bub 14y agoDinner can mean lunch in Britain. Also, tea can be biscuits and cake in the afternoon, or the main meal in the evening, which can also be called supper. Google 'define dinner'; din·ner/ˈdinər/ Noun: The main meal of the day, taken either around midday or in the evening.
