Learning I was low conscientious was super helpful for my programming career. It explained why I was okay taking big risks which was helpful for my career, but where I needed to spend extra time on unit testing, functional testing, feature flagging etc, since I'm prone to making production incidents. Also no to-do app in the world works for me, I wish I could make it work and get myself organized.
