I created a small typing game
- Vertexval 3y agoMeet Word-Run, fla fast paced typing game where you race against time to try and type as much words as you can Currently in Alpha Version, just testing the waters see if people will enjoy it It's my first project I'm putting out And would like to hear cool ideas you'll guys have for me to add to the game Thanks for taking the time
- _flux 3y agoI mean you need to have global high scores, right.. In my one test-run it didn't remember my previous score in the start screen as the "best score". My favorite typing speed game remains typespeed, which can be found from e.g. Debian and Ubuntu. It is a clone of an older Zorlim's Typespeed (ztspeed) for DOS. It combines typing with a stressful ever-increasing pace of more words appearing in the screen and you need to not just type the words but also select which words are the best to enter, because they disappear from the screen eventually, moving you a bit forward to the end of the game. DOS vocabulary is the easiest (as it has short commands).
