Does that mean most employee equity in Lacework will be worthless due to the significant discount?
- dilyevsky 3y agoThey raised 1.9B apparently so even investors would lose a lot of money if such a deal closes. Employee/founder non-preferred equity doesn’t get paid until all investors get paid
- mavelikara 3y agoYes, that is inevitable given this level of shrinkage in valuation.
